Cover page colored using watercolored paint.
Probably my favorite pages so far just because of the simplicity of it.
The watercolored page is glued to the page with the strips, incase you can’t see it that well.
Those strips are also cut, not ripped. I didn’t have the heart to rip the book up just yet.
Color outside of the lines.
Just markers, didn’t take as long as it looks.
Created using watercolor paint.
I started my Wreck This Journal about a year and a half ago and then sort of just neglected it. Since then, I’ve accumulated a large amount of journal books. Here’s some reposts from my Wreck This Journal tumblr days.
P.S. If you have no idea what Wreck This Journal is, firstly, you’re missing out, and secondly, go to Amazon.com and look up the book and many others by Keri Smith. Be prepared for some creativity on your part, some messiness, silliness, and fun.
Here is my first page ever completed. Nothing too extraordinary, but hey, I had just started!
I decided to start a project. Pictures of simple things with a vintage feel. I’ll try to take one each day, but no guarantees, which also means no pressure. The only rule I’m giving myself is that the photo has to actually be taken the day of, so no photos from the archives if I miss a day, and no cheating!
Here’s my first.
Some leftover roses from Mother’s Day.
I’m also trying to experiment with some Photoshop tools instead of relying so much on Lightroom. I’ll try not to get too crazy.
